Bharti Airtel announced its partnership with the Quick commerce platform Blinkit to deliver SIM cards to customers within 10 minutes.
Hello guys, a good piece of news comes from Airtel, i.e, Bharti Airtel teams up with Blinkit to deliver their SIM cards to customers’ homes within 10 minutes. This is a first-of-its-kind service offered by telco, the services are now live in 16 cities across the country, with the aim to add more cities and towns over a period of time.
This initiative from Bharti Airtel marks a significant milestone, allowing customers to receive SIM cards at their doorstep within in a quick delivery time of 10 minutes with a minimal convenience fee of ₹49.
How to Buy & Order Airtel SIM Card from Blinkit?
To buy and order an Airtel SIM Card from Blinkit online, users may have to follow these simple steps to get an Airtel SIM card at their doorstep within 10 minutes. Here are the steps on how to order and buy Airtel SIM Card:
Step 1. First of all, users have to download the Blinkit App from Google Play Store & App Store.
Step 2. Then log in with your mobile number and OTP.
Step 3. Once you log in successfully, it redirects you to the App’s homepage.
Step 4. On the homepage, click on the search bar and type Airtel SIM as shown below.
Step 5. Then click on the Airtel SIM Card option and click on the Add to Cart Option to order a SIM.
Step 6. After this, click on the view cart option.
Step 7. After clicking on the view cart option, it will be displayed as in the below image, there you will have to click on the select payment option.
Step 8. After clicking on the payment modes, it will redirect you to the payment page with the bill Rs.49.
Step 9. At last, pay the amount and finally you have ordered your Airtel SIM Card, which will be delivered at your doorstep within 10 minutes.
How to Activate Airtel SIM Card from Blinkit?
After the delivery of the SIM card, customers can activate the SIM cards using a simple Aadhar Card-based KYC authentication process. While the customers have also been offered the option to choose from both prepaid & postpaid, they can also trigger an MNP for porting into the Airtel network.
